Sometimes the most cost effective way to deliver customer service training by delivering the training in house. But it takes time to write the material, plus skills and conidence to deliver it. I can help with both – providing off the shelf or tailor made material and giving trainers and line managers the help, confidence and support they need to deliver the training.
